The foundation of any Pilates practice starts with the mat.  No special equipment needed.   Utilizing intentional breath and movement to strengthen and stabilize the core, hips, back and shoulders.  


Exercises can be scaled up or down to accommodate you wherever you are in your journey

These 50 minute sessions will  utilize Reformers or Towers. 


Reformer sessions will have up to 3 participants.

Tower sessions will have up to 4 participants.


These sessions will be designed to provide full body movement and connection.  Often focusing on one principle for the day but incorporating it into all movements.

New to an exercise routine, recovering from an injury or working towards a specific goal then a private session may be perfect for you.


The 50 minute dedicated session will be tailored to your body and goals.  While sessions will vary the one-on-one nature allows us to utilize the Pilates equipment and mat work in the way that suits you best.

Have a friend you want to workout with but still want the individualized attention?  This is the session for you.


As a semi-private we are able to establish a program using the Pilates apparatus and principles to help meet your goals.

This is a drop in class held at the Whitney Center on scheduled days.  Check the Whitney Center or email me for more information.


This class is a 50 minute mat session, open to all levels.  Utilizing the Pilates repertoire to provide a structure for our movement.


Exercises in the session can be scaled up or down so you can find the perfect fit.

Utilizing the Pilates Reformer we will work through the Pilates repertoire providing whole body movement with the use of the carriage and springs to provide support and challenge.

Utilizing the Pilates Tower these classes will blend the series of mat exercises with the use of independent springs to provide whole body movement and connection.
